About Kelly
Foundation
The Kelly Foundation is a
non-profit corporation committed exclusively to the service of
substance abuse education and treatment. Foundation funds are
used for development, production, and distribution of
educational materials and training aids for counselors as well
as for individuals in recovery; supporting treatment centers;
and informing the public about the treatment of alcoholism and
substance abuse.

JOE McQ is the executive director of the
Serenity Park, Inc. in
Little Rock, Arkansas. For over 40 years, he has helped others
recover from alcoholism and substance abuse. His service to
treatment centers, government, industry, penal systems, higher
education and self-help groups expresses his personal philosophy
that "we are born to help one another."
He's an alcoholic and considers' himself blessed to be one.
Because his alcoholism has given him a unique and well -defined
Purpose in life.
For over 40 years, Joe has devoted himself to helping others
discover the joy of recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction.
As a speaker and author, he has always practiced and taught the
fundamentals found solely in Alcoholics Anonymous, the "Big
Book." Joe's commitment to the Big Book is deep-rooted. He
believes it to be the only known method of real recovery. Yet
the Big Book is a plan of action for the individual. And until
recently, its potential has been limited in contemporary
counseling. In 1989, Joe developed RECOVERY DYNAMICS so that the
full force and power of the Big Book can be unleashed for
effective use in clinical settings. RECOVERY DYNAMICS bridges
the gap of understanding between the individual and the demands
of formal treatment.
It's A First.
Today, RECOVERY DYNAMICS is a complete treatment plan with a
successful track record in over 300 facilities. Everything
that's needed by the counselor and the client is all laid out.
In sequence, and in plain language. Nothing bolder than the
basics that have proven themselves effective time and time
again. |
